Wedding plans being ruined by B.O.A.
In Feb 09 BOA post dated an over the phone check in the amount of $1370.00 to come out of my account in March 09 without my knowledge. I only owed in Feb $400.00 and in March $300.00 and made a payment both months for $100 over the phone. Someone in their establishment posted a check with a check number that I don’t even have bringing my account severly negative and when I called them I was transfered over 20 times , told they would immediatly wire the funds back into my account, hung up on me, told me they would call me back when funds where transfered, told me sorry we now cant transfer unless wells fargo is on the phone and can veriy the funds have cleared, when wells and I called 3 way, they did not verify anything with him and transfered me 20 more times to tell me this was my fault and they would send a check in 14 buisness days, as I cried and yelled they said ok we will transfer the funds but it wont hit your account for 5 days, meanhile I was in another city with a overdrawn account, no credit cards and my payments I made are all bouncing. BOA will not admitt blame and I bet they dont wire the funds back, they still have not.
Stuck in another town planning my wedding was supposed to make down payments to vendors, had overdrwan account and had to leave wasting my days off and getting nothing down for my wedding which is in 4 weeks NSF FEES, Overdraft fees , about 9 Bounced checks, reputation was hurt with wedding vendors that are having bounced checksb and no money or access for 5 days and counting.
