Since initially writing this artcle in late October 2009, I’ve been emailed over 175 times by customers just like yourself who have been ripped off by FreedomCS.com. Unfortunately, less and less refunds are being  issued, while more and more emails roll in. In the last 11 days, I’ve been emailed by 37 separate cases. We have got to stop this company once and for all. Today, I am preparing a report to send to members of congress, the BBB, and various other government agencies with the hopes that our words don’t go unheard. I’ve had conversations with various agencies in recent months, but it didn’t appear to get very far. My hope is that by showing how large the problem has become, we will see changes. I am personally getting 2-3 emails everyday just about this company, so you are not alone. I  do still hear about refunds being issued, so stay on top of this.

My advice to those are being charged…continue to report this company to every government agency possible, make this page viral to help notify others, and keep emailing, calling, and speaking with FreedomCS via Livechat on freedomcs.com

I will post information as soon as I hear something new. If you find a solution or get a refund issued, please write me so that we can share this information with others.

Go to FreedomCS.com and cancel your subscription immediately via Live Chat. Dont demand refunds at first. The first step is making sure your service is canceled whether you signed up (or 99% of the time did not). They will charge your bank $50 every month unless your cancel this. Have them email a confirmation # stating this. I personally recommend shutting down your bank account and getting a new one.

Next, after they’ve confirmed you will not be charged again, politely explain why you’d like a full refund and that you will report them to your states Attorney General and Better Business Bureau if they dont not cooperate.(I say report them 100% of the time to both sources regardless of a refund) They like to randomly end the live chat session at various times, so be prepared.

I hear from clients that Freedom will tell you that you’ll get a refund after 30 days by check in the mail. Here is a copy of the email sent to this client.

Notice how in their refund email, they leave off “days” after 30. How professional? I can not confirm any refunds given at this time. So far 3 different people I’ve tried to help have taken this route and as of about 20-25 days they hadnt be refunded. At the 30 day mark, we are getting serious and all hell is breaking loose.

I am the website owner for FraudulentCharges.com. We take open complaints from online users who’ve been ripped off by companies like this one and try to figure out the best way to get the customers money back. If Freedom CS charged your account without authorization, please visit my site and contact me with details so we can find out exactly which websites they use to prey on victims and how we can this stopped in the future.

You may email me directly bjackson161@tampabay.rr.com, please include the websites you gave your bank information to if you signed up for a Payday loan or credit card, how much you were charged, if and how you got your money back, any known email addresses, business addresses or phone #’s for the company.

*Update -

I wanted to update my last post and thank the 5 people who emailed me after finding this website. Congrats on all 5 refunds being sent!

If you scroll though the pages, youll see another post I made explaining how to get a refund back from FreedomCS.com Unfortunately, we havent had a refund in less than 40 days….but all 5 customers did get a refund.

Once you ask for a refund on Livechat via freedomcs.com, they should email you saying the refund will be sent “after” 30 days. Around the 30th day, no one had been refunded. So go back to livechat after 30 days, explain you havent got your refund. They will send you another email and tell you to wait 15 more days…..which is BS. It’s just a waiting game, you waiting on your refund and them waiting on you to forget about it.

Like I said before, all 5 people were refunded in 40-45 days using this method. Again, report FreedomCS to the BBB and local customer rights groups.
