This just occurred to my Daughter between 1-26 and 1-29. She had 5 $35.00 fees charged on 1-26 and then another 5 $35.00 fees charges on 1-29. It’s a domino effect, her whole paycheck went to fees. She called Bank of America and spoke to a customer service rep and when asked if some of the fees can be removed, they explained to her that no, she had to incur them. She asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service rep said she could, but he couldn’t remove the fees either. This bank sucks, they are a racket. I know that they also outsource their customer service reps to India because a friend of mine has a son-in-law who lost his job with Bank of America to outsourcing. This is totally unfair with the economy the way it is now, this poor man lost his job to someone in India where they probably pay a person there $1.00 per hour (cheap labor). After all is said and done, my Daughter is switching banks. I also have two accounts and three credit cards with them and will switch too. Good riddance to Bank of America, the Bank of Opportunity!!!!!
